• Sora in game: I've just spend nearly 2 years of my life, travelling the worlds and battling enemies! I'm going to save my friends! I'm going to save the islands! I miss Kairi. WHERE'S RIKU?
• Sora in fanfiction: sob, Riku. Sob. Kairi. I'm so sensitive and naive. I need other people to save me.
• Riku in game: I've made terrible choices, so now I'm going to hide away and make sure I do what's best in order to protect Sora and Kairi, as well as aid Sora in his quests. All whilst fighting my personal demons.
